Well, today I'm starting Saturday Snapshots to share photography tips, cool photography apps, and shots from my life. I'd love for you to link up sharing any photos that you would like. They don't have to be recent! It could be wordless... It's going to be open for sharing moments/memories that you feel are worth sharing. Since Five for Friday is going on a hiatus for the summer... feel free to share random photos of your week. 

Saturday Snapshots is about your life. It is about capturing, documenting, and preserving all that is important to us.

I want you to be more attentive to the everyday things that make up your life … instead of only focusing on the big moments.

Favorite new photography apps

Instagram-I'm loving the video portion. Take a picture or video, choose a filter to transform its look and feel, then post to Instagram — it's that easy. You can even share to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and more. It's a new way to see the world.

Snap Chat-Snap a photo or a video, add a caption, and send it to a friend (or maybe a few). They'll view it, laugh, and then the snap disappears from the screen - unless your friend takes a screenshot!

Pip Camera-PIP Camera is the best companion for self-snapshots! Make your photos extra fun with creative shots!

I've recently been obsessed with photographs and preserving memories. I think it's super important to document life. We do not remember the days... we remember the moments is my new motto. I love documenting every aspect of life. My resolution this year was to take at least 5 photos a week. I try to take as many pictures of my students to create scrapbooks and end of the year dvds for the families to cherish.

I have some fun Monday Made It's in store the rest of the summer but TODAY I had to complete my chalkboard obsession. These ideas are really nothing new as I made them last year for my Monday Made Its. They just needed some updating.

I updated my hand signals. These little guys worked wonders last year. I have included many different versions because everyone has different hand signals. The file also has some multicultural hands for you to pick and choose.

My transportation chart was a HUGE hit last year. I think I customized at least 200 for you lovely fans. Each school had some very unique clubs and after-school programs.This year I made the file editable. You may add all the after school care names you would like. 

Look at these fun calendar items I scored over the weekend. The framed one is from TJ Maxx and the paper calendar was on a Target Clearance Aisle. I need to go to Hobby Lobby and Michaels to get some fabric and ribbon. I need a little section to display the new calendar items. I'm hoping to redo my bulletin board soon. I'll post some pics as soon as they are finished.
